We are currently experiencing some problems with T-mobile. We are aware of outages for some people. We are looking into this and will post another update soon (later today) when we have more information.

There has been a MAJOR screwup with t-mobile today. ALL sim chips will have to be replaced. For those customers that want that, we will do so for free, and give a 7 day extension on your renewal date. If you wish to have your sim chip replaced, PLEASE PUT IN A SUPPORT TICKET and will will process this as quickly as possible.

option 2:   If you need service "right now" and cannot wait for a t-mobile chip to be shipped to you, we can activate a sim chip remotely for you if you buy one at your local walmart, best buy, walgreens, cvs, etc. The t-mobile chip MUST begin with the number 89012. If you choose this option, again enter a support ticket with your chip number  and your router/device IMEI number and we will activate as quickly as possible

option 3:  again, if you can't wait and can't get a t-mobile chip, we can offer the same "remote activation" for AT&T. you can pick up a chip at the same various stores. The chip for AT&T must begin with the numbers 89014. If you choose this option, again enter a support ticket with your chip number  and your router/device IMEI number and we will activate as quickly as possible

 

Please understand, we are being overwhelmed with phone calls..... please refrain from that if possible. A support ticket is the best option. Text message is next best. We are working as quickly as humanly possible to resolve this issue. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
