During the winter storms that began around 2/15, T-moble has had some widespread outages. During these outages it appears that some of our customers were affected beyond that. We are actively investigating which customers were affected. Those that were are going to need a new sim chip. Those customers that do need a new chip will be provided one at no charge, along with free ground shipping. If you are one of these, and you wish to have faster shipping, you will be allowed to pay the difference from ground to whatever speed you want (only the ground shipping is free).

If you believe you are one of these customers, please login to your account here on the store (it is very important that you login first) and enter a support ticket. We will be taking care of those tickets, and the replacement chips as quickly as possible. We will also be actively reaching out to customers that we do not hear from as well.
