This service requires a specific router (MR40) which is for sale as an option during checkout. We do NOT support any other router. It MUST be that specific router. You are welcome to purchase one elsewhere or use your own as long as it is THAT SPECIFIC model. Service IS NOT refundable. If you have one that was purchased from us previously, it can be re-activated remotely.
***EXTREMELY IMPORTANT***
ALL PLANS bill from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If you purchase any other day of the month, you WILL BE PRORATED. If on the 2-14th of the month it will prorate that month only. If ordered on the 15th-31st then you will be prorated the partial month AND the full next month.
***RENEWALS***
Renewals are billed and completed 10 days prior to the last day of the month. Service is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason. If you do not wish to be renewed, BE SURE to cancel BEFORE RENEWAL which occurs 10 days prior to the last day of the month.
